Rice Bran Oil offers several unique properties that makes
it very interesting as a specialty oil containing constituents of
potential significance in diet and health. Refined Rice Bran Oil is
widely used in India,New Zealand,Australia Japan, Korea, USA and
Thailand and gradually gaining popularity for it’s oil flavour,
stability properties, good fry-life at high temperatures and high level
of natural antioxidants with nutraceutical value such as
gamma-oryzanol, tocotrienols and tocopherols. The latter two are

it”s high smoke point (220 C) and low adhesion to food makes it one of
the cleanest frying oils for flavour sensitive frying applications.
The high content of
antioxidants found in the Rice Bran Oil imparts oxidative stability to

formation in the human body and prevents various coronary diseases.
